Based in Munich, he is currently, Managing Director of the XPRENEURS startup incubator in Munich, which hosts 50 startups per year in 3-month programs. Voted among the top 5 in the Business Angel of the Year award in Germany in 2017. Martin has a master’s in public administration from Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University and a Master in Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Based in Luxembourg, she is an Independent Director and Board Advisor, sitting on several Boards and Advisory Boards and running her own law practice. She assists boards with legal, regulatory and governance matters. She is Board Member of ILA (the Luxembourg Institute of Directors), she is Chair of LëtzBlock (the Luxembourg Blockchain and DLT Association). Monique is an ILA Certified Director and INSEAD IDP-C.
